Behavioral patterns and skills supporting organizational resilience in the tourism area

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis "Behavioral patterns and skills supporting organizational resilience in tourism area" is the definition of individual behavior patterns in sensemaking and solving unexpected situations that lead to successful mastery. The work also examines the organizational conditions that enable this behavior. The first part is focused on the introduction of theoretical background and current research in the field. The second part presents the results of own qualitative research and the discussion of results, with a recommendation for future research.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce „Vzorce chování a dovednosti podporující organizační resilienci v oblasti cestovního ruchu“ je definovanie vzorcov chovania jednotlivca pri sensemakingu a riešení nečakanej situácie, ktoré vedú k jej úspešnému zvládnutiu. Práca zároveň skúma organizačné predpoklady, ktoré toto správanie umožňujú. Prvá časť je zameraná na predstavenie teoretických východísk a doterajších výskumov v oblasti. V druhej časti sú prezentované vlastné výsledky kvalitatívneho výskumu a ich diskusia, s odporučením pre budúci výskum.
