Abstract:
Cílem této práce je nalezení efektivních postupů ochrany práv vlastníků z ochranných známek, a to zejména s ohledem na uplatnění vhodné argumentace a důkazů za účelem prokázání porušení těchto práv ze strany třetích osob. The aim of the thesis is to find efficient methods of protecting trade mark rights of its owners, especially with regard to the presenatation of proper argumentation and evidence in order to prove violations of trade mark rights by third parties.
