Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ústavním přezkumem zásahů do práv podle čl. 41 Listiny základních práv a svobod. This final thesis deals with the judicial review of the interventions to the rights pursuant to the article 41 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. This article subordinates some of the enshrined economic, social and cultural rights to a special mode that limits their enforceability in a specific way.
