Pollution od the Mediterranean sea

Abstract:

Problematika znečištění Středozemního moře je vážným problémem tohoto století, který komplikuje zdraví živočichům, ale i lidem žijící v této oblasti. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá různými typy znečištění v oblasti Středozemního moře. V práci jsem se zaměřila na komparaci jednotlivých regionů Středomoří v rámci jejich boje proti znečištění v rámci převzatých nástrojů bojujících proti znečištění prostřednictvím jejich národních zákonů a legislativy. Dále jsem vytyčila jejich členství v různých organizacích a jejich ratifikace některých důležitých nadnárodních úmluv. Jako hlavní nástroje analýzy jsem zvolila příslušné indikátory a data převzatá z databází a reportů jednotlivých států nebo organizací monitorující znečištění.

Abstract:

The issue of pollution in the Mediterranean is a serious problem of this century, which complicates the health of animals, but also of the people living in the area. This bachelor thesis deals with different types of pollution in the Mediterranean. In this work, I dealt with the comparison of individual regions of the Mediterranean in the fight against pollution with adopted anti-pollution tools through their national laws and legislation. I also outlined their membership in various organizations and their ratification of some important supranational conventions. As the main tools of the analysis, I chose the relevant indicators and data taken from the databases and reports of individual states or pollution monitoring organizations.
