Abstract:
Práce se věnuje finanční analýze. V první části jsou uvedené metody finanční analýzy, které považuje autor za nejdůležitější. V druhé části je vykonaná finanční analýza společnosti Zentiva, a.s. pro období 2004-2007.Na konci práce je uvedené shrnutí situace společnosti spolu s autorovými doporučeními do budoucnosti pro zabezpečení finanční stability.
Abstract:
This paper is about financial analysis. In the first part methods of financial analysis which author considers important are explained. In the second part practical financial analysis is done with the data from the years 2004-2007. Analysed company is Zentiva, a.s. At the end of the paper summary is given with reccomendations to the future to ensure financial stability.

Práca sa venuje finančnej analýze. V prvej časti sú uvedené metódy finančnej analýzy, ktoré považuje autor za najdôležitejšie. V druhej časti je vykonaná finančná analýza spoločnosti Zentiva, a.s. pre obdobie 2004-2007.Na konci práce je uvedené zhrnutie situácie spoločnosti spolu s autorovými doporučeniami do budúcnosti pre zabezpečenie finančnej stability.
