Tato závěrečná diplomová práce se psána s cílem zjištění svalové aktivity při cvičení s Flexi-barem. K výzkumu byla použita termokamera Fluke TiR, díky které byly vidět v termografickém obraze teplotní změny vybraných svalových partií. Teoretické část obsahuje informace o Flexi-baru a jeho účincích. Abstract:
This final thesis is written in order to determine muscle activity during exercise with Flexi-bar. The thermo camera Fluke TiR was used for the research, through which the temperature changes of selected muscles could be seen in the thermography image.
