Cieľom bakalárskej práce je porovnať inštitút premlčania v obchodnom a občianskom práve a vytýčiť rozdiely medzi nimi. Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. V prvej sa zameriavame na vzťah oboch práv a riešime ich podstatu. V druhej kapitole sa venujeme všeobecne inštitútu premlčania, kde ho postupne rozoberáme z hľadiska obchodného aj občianskeho práva a v tretej kapitole komparujeme tento inštitút …more
