Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je ,,Zhodnocení kvality služeb ve vybrané lokalitě‘‘. Daná problematika je aplikována na městské slatinné lázně v Třeboni. Cílem této práce je pomocí metod zkoumání zhodnotit kvalitu služeb právě této lokality a následně navrhnout opatření, která by vedla ke zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb a zlepšení propagace cestovního ruchu daného místa. Dle metodiky je tato práce rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V části první, která je teoreticko-metodologická, se bude práce zaměřovat na důležité pojmy, které se obecně týkají cestovního ruchu, služeb a kvality. Jelikož se část aplikační zaměřuje na lokalitu Třeboň, konkrétně na zhodnocení kvality městských slatinných lázní, bylo třeba popsat také konkrétní problematiku zdravotního cestovního ruchu. Přiblíženo bylo téma služeb lázeňství a wellness, které následně pomáhá lépe pochopit aplikační část. V závěru první části jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky, na které je následně zodpovězeno v závěru práce. Popsány jsou také metody, které dopomáhají k odpovědím na dané otázky. Konkrétně to je analýza dokumentů, která vychází z informací zjištěných z knih danému tématu příslušných a online materiálů a dopomáhá k přehlednému obrazu situačního dění v daném podniku. Dále je k výzkumu použito dotazníkové šetření, při kterém respondenti dle svých úsudků odpovídají na dané otázky a poskytnut byl také rozhovor. Veškeré výsledky šetření jsou následně diskutovány a jsou na ně navržena náležitá opatření a stanoven závěr celé práce.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is "Evaluation of the quality of services in the selected location". The given issue is applied to the municipal peat spa in Třeboň. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the quality of the spa´s services using the research methods and subsequently to propose measures that would improve the services provided and improve the promotion of tourism. According to the methodology, this work is divided into two parts. In the first part, which is theoretical-methodological, the work will focus on important key concepts that generally concern tourism, services and quality. As an application part of the thesis is focused on the Třeboň site, specifically on the quality assessment of the municipal peat spa, it was necessary to describe the specific issue of health tourism. The themes of spa and wellness services have been approached, which in turn helps to understand the application part better. At the end of the first part, the research questions are set, which are subsequently answered at the conclusion of the thesis. The methods that help to answer the questions are also described. Specifically, this is a document analysis that is based on the information found from the relevant books and online materials, which helps to make a clear picture of the situation in the company. In addition, a questionnaire survey is used, in which respondents answer the questions; an interview was also conducted. All the results of the investigation are then discussed, and relevant measures proposed, and the conclusion of the whole thesis is determined.
