Tato práce analyzuje vliv vybraných aspektů zákona č. 91/2012 Sb., o mezinárodním právu soukromém, na právní jistotu účastníků vztahů s mezinárodním prvkem. Konkrétně se věnuje uzákonění doktrinálních řešení kvalifikace a nutně použitelných ustanovení. Tyto srovnává s nařízením Řím I. Dále představuje změny podmínek přijetí zpětného a dalšího odkazu. This thesis analyses the influence of the selected aspects of the new Private International Law Act on parties’ legal certainty, when dealing with relationships including international element.
