Proteins influencing microtubule minus ends in water bears (Tardigrada)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje organizaci a dynamice minus konců mikrotubulů u želvušek. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé proteiny minus konců mikrotubulů a jejich význam. Pomocí programu BLAST v lokální databázi jsou vybrány cytoskeletálních proteiny želvušek. Výsledná data jsou zpracována, vyhodnocena a prodiskutována.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the organization and dynamics of microtubule minus ends in tardigrades. The thesis describes individual proteins associated with microtubule minus ends and their significance. Using the BLAST program on a local database, cytoskeletal proteins of tardigrades are selected. The resulting data are analyzed, evaluated, and discussed.
