Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce je překlad textů z oblasti gastronomie s komentářem a glosářem. Text se zaměřuje na německé recepty. Jedná se tedy o překlad z německého do českého jazyka. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné znalosti překladu. Praktická část se skládá ze samotného překladu receptů, komentáře s analýzou textů a šesti glosářů s problematickou slovní zásobou. V závěru …more

The objective of this thesis is the translation of a text from the field of gastronomy with a commentary and a glossary. The text is focused on German recipes.
