Contamination of the Olše river arount the Třinec city by the metal ions

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kontaminací říční vody a půdy na břehu řeky Olše ionty kovů Cr, Cd, Pb, Ni, Cu, Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg a Mn. Vzorky vody byly odebrány na třech místech. U těchto vzorků byla provedena filtrace přes membránový filtr. Vzorky půd byly odebrány na dvou místech. Po jejich vysušení, rozdrcení a přesetí na příslušnou velikost částic byly podrobeny vodnému výluhu a rozkladu v kyselinách. Získané roztoky byly dále analyzovány metodami atomové absorpční spektrometrie. Bylo zjištěno, že na některých místech přesáhly koncentrace kadmia, zinku a mědi hodnoty nejvyššího přípustného znečištění. V případě chromu, olova, niklu a manganu se většina stanovených koncentrací nacházela pod limitem kvantifikace zvolených metod.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the contamination of river water and soil on the banks of the Olše River by metal ions Cr, Cd, Pb, Ni, Cu, Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg and Mn. Water samples were collected at three locations. These samples were filtered through a membrane filter. Soil samples were collected at two locations. After they were dried, crushed and sieved to the appropriate particle size, they were subjected to aqueous leaching and decomposition in acids. The obtained solutions were further analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry methods. It was found that in some places the concentrations of cadmium, zinc and copper exceeded the values of the highest permissible pollution. In the case of chromium, lead, nickel and manganese, most of determined concentrations were below the limit of quantification of the chosen methods.
