Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je likvidace společnosti. Zaměřuje se na obecné otázky likvidace společnosti, komplexně vymezuje rozsah právní úpravy likvidace společnosti, normy a náležitosti. Cílem práce tedy je zmapování úkolů likvidátora v procesu likvidace společnosti a přispět tak k porozumění dané problematiky. Abstract:
My bachelor´s thesis is concentrated on company liquidation. It mainly focuses on general questions about company liquidation, comprehensively defines the legislation range, forms and formalities. Aim of my thesis is to chart liquidator´s individual steps throughout the liquidation proces and to assist in understading the given issue.
