Souhrn: Cílem naší práce bylo posoudit vliv dvanáctitýdenního ambulantně řízeného rehabilitačního programu na vývoj ukazatelů transportního systému kyslíku (VO2max, VO2max/kg, Wmax, Wmax/kg). Studie se zúčastnilo celkem 16 pacientů, muţů produktivního věku s chronickou ischemickou chorobou srdeční.
