Abstract:
V této diplomové práci jsou popsány a vyhodnoceny výsledky vstupních cytogenetických vyšetření a následných cytogenetických vyšetření (po započetí léčby) u CML pacientů, vyšetřených na Oddělení lékařské genetiky FN Brno od 1. ledna 2000 do 30. června 2007.
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis are subscribed and summarized results of the entry and subsequent cytogenetic examinations (after the treatement started) in CML patients, who were investigated in OLG FN Brno from the 1st of January 2000 until the 30th of June 2007.
