Marketing Communication of Dance Bulletin on RedBull.cz

Abstract:

Diplomová práce, kterou se právě chystáte přečíst se týká série "Taneční Bulletin", která pravidelně už několik let vychází na lifestylovém webu RedBull.cz, který mimo téma tanec rozebírá především kategorie sport, umění, cestování a další. Práce je zaměřena na marketingovou komunikaci této série, která se skládá ze základních propagačních aktivit jako propagace na Facebooku, Instagramu, tištěné letáčky a propagační videa. I přesto, že je Taneční Bulletin brán na scéně jako obsah, který podává kvalitní informace a je zpracovaný na profesionální úrovni, nedostává se skrz svou aktuální propagaci k tolika lidem, jak by mohl. Diplomová práce ve své teoretické části popisuje důležité pojmy, které se vážou ke značce a k jejímu budování, zároveň se opírá o její image a identitu, dále přechází k definici obsahového marketingu a internetového marketingu, přes který přechází až k definice tance, u kterého rozebírá jak jeho historii a kulturu, tak jeho současné podoby. V praktické části se práce ze začátku věnuje značce Red Bull jako takové, její historii, produktu, cílové skupině a marketingu. Dále se dostává k Red Bull Media Housu, u kterého začíná rozebírat vztah mezi značkou a tanečním publikem, kterému věnuje několik stránek zaměřených na kulturní marketing. Skrz tyto kapitoly se práce konečně dostává k sérii Taneční Bulletin, kterou uvádí pomocí čísel a vysvětlení jejího obsahu a poslání. Dva výzkumy, které byly zrealizovány pro účely této práce, což je zodpovězení výzkumné otázky, zkoumaly, jak informační potřeby taneční scény skrz dotazníkové šetření, tak pocity, emoce a uživatelské chování diváků a čtenářů Tanečního Bulletinu. Následně je provedena interpretace výsledků těchto dvou výzkumů, na kterých je založena poslední - projektová, část. Ta obsahuje návrh nejen obsahové rekonstrukce Tanečního Bulletinu, ale také nová doporučení pro propagaci této série. Vše je navrženo tak, aby tato série a celkově taneční obsah na RedBull.cz lépe uspokojil informační potřeby cílového publika, a aby stále dokázal být sérií, která cílové publikum vzdělává a poskytuje mu prostor pro prezentaci sebe samých nebo svých tanečních a jiných uměleckých aktivit. Tyto návrhy jsou doplněny rozpočtem, časovým a personálním plánem, který je blíže specifikují.

Master's thesis you are about to read is about the series "Dance Bulletin", which has been published regularly for several years on the lifestyle website RedBull.cz, which in addition to the topic of dance, write about mainly the categories of sports, art, travel and more. The work is focused on marketing communication of this series, which consists of basic promotional activities such as promotion on Facebook, Instagram, printed leaflets and promotional videos. Even though the Dance Bulletin is taken at dance scene as content that provides quality information and is created on a professional level, it does not reach as many people as it could through its current promotion. The master's thesis in its theoretical part describes important concepts that are related to the brand and its building also based on its image and identity, then goes on to the definition of content marketing and internet marketing, through which it goes to the definition of dance, which analyzes both - its history and culture and its current forms. In the practical part the work from the beginning deals with the Red Bull brand as such, its history, product, target group and marketing. It also gets to the Red Bull Media House, where it begins to discuss the relationship between the brand and the dance audience to which he devotes several pages, especially in terms of cultural marketing. Through these chapters the work finally reaches the Dance Bulletin series, which it presents through numbers and explanations of its content and mission. Two researches, which were carried out for the purposes of this work, which is the answer to the research question, examined both - the information needs of the dance scene through a questionnaire survey and the feelings, emotions and user behavior of viewers and readers of the Dance Bulletin. The results of these two researches were interpreted on which the last - project, part is based. It contains a proposal not only for the content reconstruction of the Dance Bulletin, but also for new recommendations for the promotion of this series. Everything is designed so that this series and the overall dance content on RedBull.cz better satisfies the information needs of the target audience and that it can still be a series that educates the target audience and provides them space for their presentation of themselves or their dance and other artistic activities. These proposals are accompanied by a budget, time and staffing plan, which specifies them in more details.
