Práce je rozdělena na čtyři hlavní části. První část obsahuje stručnou obecnou historii ostravského hudebního školství. Abstract:
The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part contains a short history of music schools in Ostrava. The second one focuses on the oldest generation of piano teachers in Ostrava after the second world war. They were also the founding members of VHPS.
