Abstract:

Diplomová práce Profesní vzdělávání členů hasičského záchranného sboru se zabývá vzděláváním a učením výjezdových hasičů v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část práce představuje profesní vzdělávání obecně. Tato část také popisuje specifika vzdělávání dospělých, jejich motivaci a bariéry. Teoretická práce také představuje profesní vzdělávání členů hasičského záchranného sboru konkrétně a popisuje jejich osobnostní rozvoj v jednotlivých formách celoživotního učení. Empirická část detailně popisuje metodologii realizovaného výzkumu a na závěr jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu. Práce nabízí detailní pohled na profesní vzdělávání a učení profesionálních výjezdových hasičů jejich vlastníma očima. Tento pohled zahrnuje vnímané potřeby učení, možné cesty jejich naplnění, názory hasičů na vzdělávací procesy a vzdělavatele, motivaci, bariéry a také souhrn prvků důležitých pro práci profesionálních výjezdových hasičů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis Vocational Education and Training of Members of Fire Rescue Service focuses on the education of fire brigade in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part introduces vocational education and training in general. This part describes specifics of adult education, their motivation and possible difficulties. The theoretical part also introduces vocational education and training of members of Fire Rescue Service, its specifics and it also describes the personal development in terms of lifelong learning. The practical part of the thesis describes in detail methodology of conducted research and at the end of the thesis, it presents gained results. This research offers a detailed insight into vocational education and training of fire brigade from firemen’s perspective. This insight includes learning needs, possible satisfaction of needs, opinion of the educational process, educators, motivation, difficulties and the summary of important elements of fire brigade´s work.
