Abstract:

ŠVESTKOVÁ, Adéla. Preindukce a indukce z pohledu porodní asistentky. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Magdalena Kučerová. Praha. 2020. 52 s. Tématem této bakalářské práce je preindukce a indukce porodu z pohledu porodní asistentky. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První částí je část teoretická, druhou částí je část praktická. V teoretické části je zmíněna datace porodu, nachází se zde definice a rizika postmaturity a s tím související rizika dysmaturity. Především jsou zde popsány mechanické a farmakologické metody preindukce a indukce společně s jejich indikacemi a kontraindikacemi. V závěru teoretické části je vylíčena ošetřovatelská péče porodní asistentky o ženu s potermínovou graviditou. V praktické části je rozebrána kazuistika ženy s potermínovou graviditou a popsán ošetřovatelský proces. Jako doplněk praktické části je vypracovaná informativní brožura o preindukci a indukci porodu určená těhotným ženám. Cílem teoretické části je vytvořit přehlednou práci na základě českých i zahraničních zdrojů. Cíl části praktické je zpracovat kazuistiku těhotné ženy podstupující indukci porodu.

Theme of my bachelor thesis is Pre-induction and Induction of Labor from the Midwife’s Perspective. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and the other one is practical. The ways of due date calculation are mentioned in the theoretical part as well as the definition and risks of postmaturity a dysmaturity. The thesis is focused on all possible ways of mechanic and pharmacologic methods of birth preinduction and induction, their indications and contraindications. The role of a midwife providing care during labor is described in the end of the theoretical part. As an addition to the practical part, the informational brochure is worked out. The aim of the theoretical part is to create well-arranged work based on the Czech and foreign sources. The aim of the practical part is to fully describe a case study of a pregnant women undergoing the birth induction.
