Specific Learning Disabilities as a Determining Factor in Self-Evalution of Children

Abstract:

Anotace: Diplomová práce se zabývá teoretickými příčinami vzniku specifických poruch učení ve vztahu k sebehodnocení žáků se specifickou poruchou učení na střední odborné škole a středních odborných učilištích. Prezentuje výzkumná šetření v oblasti sebehodnocení žáků se specifickou poruchou učení v období adolescence. Výzkumná část se zabývá problematikou rozdílnosti přístupu sebepojetí z pohledu specifické poruchy učení, rozdílů v sebepojetí chlapců a dívek a jejich rodinného prostředí.

Abstract:

Abstract: The aim of the thesis is to map the hypothetical causes of specific learning difficulties (SpLD) in relation to the self-evaluation processes of students with the learning difficulties in technology colleges. The paper offers outcome of researches in the area of student self-evaluation with learning difficulties during adolescence period. The research part of the thesis is dedicated to determine different approach levels of the self-perception concept particularly with regard to the SpLD, to the differences between the self-perception in male and female students and also to the differences in their family milieu.
