Abstract:
Cílem této práce je na základě dotazníkového šetření popsat výskyt a množství zranění u zápasníků MMA. Zároveň zjistit, o jaké konkrétní zranění se jedná a využití ochranného vybavení. Byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu formou anketního dotazování. Nejvíce zasaženým místem byla oblast hlava / obličej / krk a zejména pak oči, nos a krk. Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to describe the occurrence and amount of injuries in MMA fighters based on a questionnaire survey. At the same time to find out what the specific injury is and the use of protective equipment. The method of quantitative research in the form of a survey was used.
