Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci se budu zabývat využitím cone-beam CT při chemoembolizacích jater ve Fakultní nemocnici Brno. Práci jsem rozdělila do dvou části – teoretická a praktická. V teoretické části popisuji anatomii jater, nádory jater, angiografii a kontrastní látky, s kterými se zde můžeme setkat, instrumentária, použité při angiografických výkonech, cone-beam CT, jeho obrazem, jak vzniká, artefakty, a v neposlední řadě chemoembolizací. V praktické části zpracovávám soubor 147 pacientů, kteří podstoupili chemoembolizaci jater na angiografickém pracovišti za období dvou let. Porovnávám zde jejich povrchové dávky a DAP. Na konci srovnávám obraz CBCT se spirálním CT.

Abstract:

In my bachelor’s thesis, I will be dealing with the use of cone-beam CT liver TACE at the Faculty Hospital of Brno. I have divided the thesis into two parts – theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I have described the liver anatomy, liver tumours, angiography and contrast agents, which we can encounter, the instrumentation used in angiographic procedures, cone-beam CT, its image as it forms, artefacts, and at finally, chemoembolization. . In the practical part, I am processing a set of 147 patients who have undergone chemoembolization of the liver at the angiographic workplace for two years. I compare their surface doses and DAP. In the final part, I compare the CBCT image to spiral CT.
