Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda kardiovaskulární rehabilitace ovlivňuje poddajnost resp. tuhost tepen. Jako parametr poddajnosti resp. tuhosti byl zvolen ambulantní arteriální index poddajnosti - index odvozený z 24hodinového monitorování krevního tlaku, vypočítaný ze 7denního monitorování krevního tlaku. Abstract:
The aim of this study was to determine whether the cardiovascular rehabilitation influences arterial compliance or stiffness. As a parameter of compliance or stiffness was selected ambulatory arterial stiffness index – index derived from 24-hour monitoring of blood pressure, calculated from 7-day monitoring of blood pressure.
