Evaluation of employees in the position of bus ticket seller in STUDENT AGENCY from the perspective of work motivation
Abstract:
V první části práce jsou uvedena teoretická východiska z oblasti pracovní motivace a hodnocení pracovníků. Poté je zkoumána současná situace na základě interních předpisů a dotazníkového výzkumu. V závěrečné části je navržen systém hodnocení v souladu s teoretickými východisky.
Abstract:
As a starting point of the thesis, theories about work motivation and employee evaluation are listed. Secondly, the current situation in the company is examined based on internal rules and a questionnaire research. Finally, the evaluation system is defined in accordance with theoretical bases.
