Anotácia:

The thesis aims to compare and analyse the need for Innovation of selected companies in the beauty and personal care industry. The theoretical part will characterize the nature of the companies and also the introduction to concepts of Innovation, innovation activities, and the types of innovations used by the selected companies based on the review of the literature. The practical part of the thesis will focus on conducting the necessary analysis and the barriers faced within the selected companies and analysing the innovation activities. The outcome of the thesis will provide proposals to the selected companies in innovation activities which provides greater competitiveness in the beauty and personal care industry.

Abstract:
