Diplomová práce se zabývá okupací a nálezem věci jakožto způsoby nabývání vlastnictví originárním způsobem. Práce se nejprve soustředí na obecné vymezení vlastnictví, nabývacích způsobů a analýzu samotných institutů okupace a nálezu. This thesis deals with the occupation and the find as the ways of acquisition of property by the original way. At first the thesis focuses on general definition of ownership, the ways of acquisition of property and the analysis of institutes of the occupation and the find.
