Diplomová práce se věnuje profesionalitě občanských poradců. Občanské poradenství funguje na území České republiky od roku 1997, ale povědomí o službě, kterou poskytuje je malé. Ve své práci zkoumám, jak se občanští poradci cítí profesionálně a co tento jejich pocit ovlivňuje. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou části. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with professionalism of advisors of Citizen's Advice Bureau. Citizen's Advice Bureau has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1997, but the awareness of the service it provides is small.
