Abstract:
V práci je pojednáváno o problematice odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou zvířetem z pohledu současné úpravy a z pohledu nového občanského zákoníku. Dále je v práci popisována rozdílnost mezi těmito úpravami.
Abstract:
The issue of liability for damage caused by an animal from the perspective of the current legislation and from the perspective of the new Civil Code is described in the thesis. Differences between these modifications are described in this thesis too.
