Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Aplikace vybraných částí Zákoníku práce v praxi gastronomických a hotelových zařízení“ je popis a zhodnocení problematiky nedodržování pracovněprávních předpisů v daném odvětví. Práce je částečně zaměřena na názory zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatelů a v druhé části pojednává o kontrolní činnosti státu. V závěru práce je navrženo řešení nalezených nedostatků.
Abstract:
The aim of the submitted thesis “Application of chosen sections of the Labor Code in the practice of gastronomy and hotel services” is to describe and evaluate the issue of non-compliance of the Labor legislation in a given sector.
