Cieľom mojej práce je vysvetliť a objasniť zmenu právnej úpravy cla a colných orgánov po vstupe Slovenskej republiky do Európskej únie. Prvá časť popisuje základnú terminológiu pojmu cla - jeho funkcie, druhy a územia.
