Předmětem této práce je rozbor jedné z dílčích svobod volného pohybu osob v rámci Evropské Unie. Jedná se o svobodu usazování právnických osob, tedy o možnost zahajovat a provozovat podnikání napříč členskými státy. Jde o důležitou a nedílnou součást vnitřního trhu podporující integraci Evropské unie jako takové.
