This dissertation is focused on the pre-hospital stroke care. The introductory part, where the individual steps of pre-hospital stroke care are described in detail, is followed by a presentation of scientific work focused on teleconsultations between the EMS and a stroke specialist and pre-hospital triage of patients with suspected acute stroke.
