Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím hmotnostní spektrometrie s laserovou desorpcí a ionizací za účasti matrice (MALDI MS) a jejích modifikací pro stanovení glycerofosfolipidů a jejich izomerů lišící se polohou dvojné vazby uhlík-uhlík. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the use of matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI MS) and its modifications for determining the glycerophospholipids and their isomers differing in the position of carbon-carbon double bond.
