Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení rizik projektu "Vzdělávací portál" společnosti Nakladatelství Fraus, s.r.o. Toto téma si autorka práce zvolila kvůli blízkému vztahu k danému projektu a zájmu o něj. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s projektovým řízením a řízením rizik z teoretického i praktického hlediska, vypracovat plán řízení rizik projektu "Vzdělávací portál" v podobě registru rizik a předložit důvody, proč by nakladatelství mělo zavést proces managementu rizik do jejich každodenního fungování. Bakalářská práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy projektového managementu a managementu rizik. V praktické části je čtenář seznámen se společností Nakladatelství Fraus, s.r.o., s projektem a jeho plánem. Hlavní část práce tvoří praktická analýza rizik zmíněného projektu, která je završena zhodnocením projektu a návrhem doporučení a opatření pro nakladatelství.

Abstract:

The submitted bachelor thesis is concentrated on the risk management of project named like "Vzdělávací portál" of publishing house Nakladatelství Fraus, s.r.o. The author chose this subject because of her close relationship to this project and because of her interest in it. The main objectives of the thesis are to introduce project management and risk management to the reader theoretically as well as practically, to draw up the risk management plan of the project "Vzdělávací portál" in a risk register form and submit reasons why the publishing house should implement the risk management process into their everyday running. The bachelor thesis consists of the theoretical and of the practical part. There are described the main terms of the project management and of the risk management in the theoretical part. There are introduced the company Nakladatelství Fraus, s.r.o., the project and its plan to the reader. The main part of the bachelor thesis consists of the risk analysis of the project and it is ended by project evaluation and by suggested recommendations and measures for the publishing house.
