Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vyhodnocením silných a slabých stránek pracovních stáží v rámci programu ERASMUS+. Teoretická část se věnuje historii programu Erasmus+ v České Republice a na Vysoké škole hotelové, vymezuje relevantní pojmy Erasmus+ a představuje potřebné řídící dokumenty. V analytické části na základě dotazníkového šetření jsou představeny silné a slabé stránky pracovních stáží v zahraničí, a je zde také zodpovězena otázka, zda jsou pro studenta tyto stáže přínosem v jeho budoucím pracovním zařazení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the work placements within the ERASMUS+ program. The theoretical part is devoted to the history of the Erasmus+ program in the Czech Republic and to the Institute of Hospitality Management, defines the relevant concepts of Erasmus+ and presents the necessary management documents. In the analytical part, on the basis of a questionnaire survey, the strengths and weaknesses of the work placements abroad are presented, and the question is as to whether the student's internships are beneficial to his / her future job.
