Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je analýza úpravy reklamačného procesu obsiahnutej vo Viedenskom dohovore a jej aplikácia na konkrétnu zmluvu. V prvej kapitole som sa zaoberala otázkou, či konkrétna Zmluva, na ktorú reklamačný režim aplikujem, spadá pod úpravu Viedenského dohovoru.
