Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku, význam, účastníky a legislativní úpravu komplexních pozemkových úprav. Dále rozebírá právní a územně plánovací aspekty realizace úprav na území městyse Choltice.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on basic characteristics, significance, participants, and legislative regulation of land modification. It describes the legal and planning aspects of the implementation of land in the township Choltice.
