Modern legislation on the activity of private security services

Abstract:

Účelem této práci je poskytnout čtenáři informace o aktuálním stavu problematiky v oblasti soukromých bezpečnostních služeb (SBS) a hlavně jejich právního postavení na území ČR .První kapitola práci věnuje se vymezení pojmu týkajících se SBS a jejich činnosoti , historii SBS a jejich právního postavení na území ČR. Ve druhé kapitole probírám nyní existující návrh zákona o soukromé bezpečnostní činnosti . Ve třetí kapitole jedna se o právním postavení SBS a jejich činnosti ve vybraných zahraničních státech , zkušenosti kterých podle mého názoru můžou být přínosní pro ČR.

Abstract:

The purpose of these work is to provide for reader information about actually situa-tion in sphere of private security companies (PSC) and mainly about their legal status in Czech Republic. The first chapter of the thesis focuses on the definition of the concept concerning PSC and their agents, the history of PSC and their legal sta-tus in the Czech Republic. In the second chapter, there is now an existing bill on private security activities. The third chapter is about the legal status of PSC and their activities in selected foreign States, the experience of which, in my opinion, can be a helpful for the Czech Republic.
