Analysis of the play An Enemy of the People (En folkefiende) by Henrik Ibsen and its two selected film adaptations

Bachelor thesis in the first place collects available information about the play An Enemy of the People and then provides a comprehensive analysis of the play by Henrik Ibsen. It then applies the acquired knowledge when analysing the two film adaptations of the play, as well as when comparing the films to the literary work. Abstract:
Bakalárska práca v prvom rade zoskupuje dostupné informácie o hre Nepriateľ ľudu a následne podáva obsiahlu analýzu tejto hry Henrika Ibsena. Následne nadobudnuté poznatky aplikuje pri analýze jej filmových adaptácii a pri ich porovnávaní s literárnou predlohou. Prvou porovnávanou filmovou adaptáciou je americký film An Enemy of the people z roku 1978, druhou nórsky En folkefiende z roku 2005.
