Analysis of biologically relevant substances by luminescence sensors
Abstract:
Bioanalýza je v současné době rychle se rozvíjejí oblast chemie, která využívá luminescenční značky pro zvýšení citlivosti daných metod. Předkládaná práce je zaměřena na luminescenční nanokrystalické kvantové tečky. Kvantové tečky byly navázány na biologicky významné látky (proteiny a nukleové kyseliny) a takto syntetizované konjugáty kvantových teček byly charakterizovány pomocí elektromigračních …moreAbstract:
Bioanalysis is recently developing and progressing area, which generally uses luminescent labels in order to increase the sensitivity. This work is focused on quantum dots nanocrystals as luminophores. Quantum dots were conjugated with biologically relevant molecules (proteins and nucleic acids) and conjugates were characterized by electromigration methods. A quantum dot probe is based on Förster resonance …more
