Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce bylo zvoleno „Optimalizace logistických procesů ve strojírenské firmě“, autor se v této práci zaobírá rozborem logistických řetězců. V teoretické části jsou popsány veškeré nezbytné náklady na skladování a distribuci. Podrobněji se autor věnuje právě zásobám a řízením skladů. Autor dále popisuje možné optimalizační metody, jak původní ověřené metody, tak i metody moderní jako například Kanban, či známější Just In Time, zaměřené na optimalizaci distribučních tras. V aplikační části autor představil distribuční podnik, ve kterém působil v rámci praxe. Obsahem aplikační části je analýza současného stavu v podniku. Následná praktická aplikace optimalizačních metod distribuce, za pomoci kterých autor navrhl opatření vedoucí k zlepšení stavu a snížení přímých nákladů na distribuci. Bakalářská práce je zakončena výsledným návrhem optimalizované, účinnější logistické strategie distribuce produktů, za užití ověřených metod. Na samotném konci práce autor popisuje pozitiva a negativa optimalizačních návrhů a jejich realizovatelnost.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis was chosen "Optimization of logistic processes in the engineering company", the author deals with the analysis of logistic chains. All the necessary storage and distribution costs are described in the theoretical part. In more detail, the author focuses on inventory and warehouse management. The author also describes possible optimization methods, both original authenticated methods and modern methods such as Kanban, or more familiar Just In Time, aimed at optimizing distribution routes. In the application part, the author introduced the distribution company, in which he worked in practice. The content of the application part is an analysis of the current state of the company. The subsequent practical application of optimization methods of distribution, with which the author proposed measures to improve the condition and reduce direct distribution costs. The bachelor's thesis ends with the resultant proposal of optimized, more efficient logistics strategy for product distribution, using proven methods. At the end of the work, the author describes the positives and negatives of optimization suggestions and their feasibility.
