Crowdfunding – method of financing a business plan

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje způsobu financování podnikatelského záměru, konkrétně problematice crowdfunding. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části bakalářské práce jsou definovány základní metody financování podnikatelského záměru, dále je popsán pojem crowdfunding a jeho historie. Na konci první části jsou popsány významné crowdfundingové platformy v České republice a ve světě. Druhá část bakalářské práce je věnována realizaci crowdfundingové kampaně ve vybraném podniku. Kampaň je na začátku druhé části představena, je zaznamenán její vývoj a poté celkové zhodnocení výsledku kampaně. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření crowdfundingové kampaně pro konkrétní podnik a na základě výsledku kampaně provedeno zhodnocení crowdfundingu jako nástroje financování podnikatelského záměru pro podniky podobného zaměření.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the method of financing a business plan, specifically the issue of crowdfunding. The work is divided into two parts. In the first part of the bachelor's thesis, the basic methods of financing a business plan are defined, and the concept of crowdfunding and its history are also described. At the end of the first part, important crowdfunding platforms in the Czech Republic and in the world are described. The second part of the bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the implementation of a crowdfunding campaign in a selected company. The campaign is introduced at the beginning of the second part, its development is recorded and then the overall evaluation of the campaign result. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to create a crowdfunding campaign for a specific company and, based on the results of the campaign, evaluate crowdfunding as an instrument for financing business plans for companies with a similar focus.
