Wreaths of medicinal, aromatic and spice plants

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na použití léčivých, aromatických a kořeninových rostlin při tvorbě věnců. V teoretické části je popsána historie a symbolika. Dále se práce zabývá platnými zásadami při tvorbě věnců a rozdělením věnců podle různých stylů a účelů použití. Věnuje se jednotlivým druhům rostlin používaných při tvorbě věnců. Jedná se o druhy tradiční, ale i méně obvyklé. Současně práce obsahuje porovnání známých i méně známých českých a zahraničních floristů a popis jejich tvorby. V praktické části jsou popsány materiály a metodika. Také je zpracován kalendář sběru vybraných použitých rostlin.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of medicinal, aromatic and spice plants in the production of wreaths. In the theoretical part is describes history and symbolism. Furthermore, the thesis deals with valid principles in the creation of wreaths and the division of wreaths according to different styles and purposes of use. It is devoted to individual types of plants used in the production of wreath. These are traditional, but also less common species. The work also contains a comparison of well-known and lesser-known Czech and foreign florists and a description of their work. Materials and methodology are described in the practical part. A collection calendar of selected used plants is salso prepared.
