Clustering for FMCW radar signal processing

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je výběr shlukových metod a optimalizace parametrů zvolených metod pro potřeby automobilového radaru pracujícího s kontinuální vlnou. Shluky jsou realizovány na detekcích, které jsou jedním z výstupů FMCW radaru. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce je pak dále rozdělena na dva bloky. V prvním bloku je uveden obecný popis FMCW radaru. Druhý blok je věnován shlukové analýze a jednotlivým metodám. V praktické části práce se věnuji popisu generátoru detekcí. Následně je uveden postupu výběru shlukových metod a optimalizace je-jich parametrů. Optimalizace byla provedena na základě závislosti parametru na rychlosti detekce. Generátor cílů, realizace metod a optimalizace parametrů je prováděna v prostředí MATLAB.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is the selection of cluster methods and optimization of the parameters chosen methods for the automotive industry needs. Clusters are realized on detection, which are one of the outputs of FMCW radar. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is divided into two blocks. The first block there is a general description of FMCW radar. The second block is dedicated to the cluster analysis and individual methods. In the practical part of the work I describe generator of detection. The following is a procedure for selecting concrete clustering methods and optimization of method parameters. Optimization is based on parameter depends on speed. Generator of detections, implementation of methods and parameters optimization are implemented in MATLAB.
