Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje základní informace o krevních transfuzích. První kapitola se věnuje krvi a její funkci v lidském organismu. Další kapitoly popisují proces krevní transfuze. Poslední kapitola charakterizuje jednotlivé komplikace, které může transfuze způsobit, jejich imunologickou podstatu, diagnostiku a léčbu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis summarizes the basic information about blood transfusion. The first chapter gives information about blood and its function in the human body. Other chapters describe the process of blood transfusion. The last chapter characterizes particular complications of blood transfusion, their imunological aspect, diagnostics, and therapy.
