The diploma thesis deals with the relationship between media and judicial power in the Czech Republic, or more precisely it deals with the problem how media influence the judiciary of the Czech Republic. The issue is conceived as a conflict of the right to freedom of expression with the right to a fair trial, which clash in various media campaigns.
