Tématem předkládané diplomové práce jsou vady při uzavírání manželství. Z dů-vodu recentní rekodifikace soukromého práva se jedná o aktuální téma. The topic of this thesis (legal defects during the process of marriage solemniza-tion) is a very current one, due to the recent recodification of private law in Czech Republic.
