Diplomová práce Screening polyfenolů v kávě se zabývá původem a vlastnostmi jednotlivých druhů a technologií výroby kávy. Součástí teoretické části je výskyt a význam biologicky aktivních látek obsažených v kávě, které mohou mít jak pozi-tivní tak negativní dopad na lidské zdraví.
