Abstract:
Bachelor’s thesis deals with the actual problems of corrective means used in civil law execution. The use of corrective means helps mainly at efficiency of law in the frame of legal law in Slovak republic.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je venovaná aktuálnej problematike opravných prostriedkov používaných v občianskom súdnom konaní. Použitie opravných prostriedkov významne pomáha pri využiteľnosti práva v rámci právneho poriadku Slovenskej republiky.
