Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá floristickým průzkumem území o rozloze 0,4 km2, které se nachází západně od města Znojma a prostupuje Gránickým údolím, Přírodní památkou Šafářka a přilehlým lesem. Toto území spadá částečně do Národního parku Podyjí. Práce je zaměřená na podrobný popis přírodních podmínek dané oblasti a využití získaných informací k tvorbě jednoduchého atlasu rostlin jako učební pomůcky při výuce přírodopisu na základní škole ve Znojmě. Tato práce je rozdělená na tři základní části. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou přírodních podmínek zahrnující topografické, geomorfologické, geologické, pedologické, hydrologické a klimatické poměry zkoumaného území, dále faunu, popis přírody a krajiny. Botanické poměry zahrnují historii botanického výzkumu na Znojemsku a charakteristiku rostlinných formací jednotlivých lokalit s uvedením běžných druhů. Praktická část zahrnuje terénní výzkum, který znázorňuje tabulka se seznamem pozorovaných rostlin, s uvedenými lokalitami, četností a místem výskytu. Součástí výsledků je i mapa s vyznačenými 6 úseky trasy, kde lze rostliny pozorovat. Didaktická část představuje výuku přírodopisu na základní škole, atlas rostlin vytvořený pomocí vlastních fotografií, pořízených během průzkumu, a jeho uplatnění při výuce. Atlas obsahuje stručný popis každého zástupce a je seřazený fenologicky podle období a biotopu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the floristic survey of an area of 0.4 km2, which is located west of the town of Znojmo and penetrates the Gránický valley, the Natural Monument Šafářka and the adjacent forest. This territory falls partly into the National Park Podyjí. The thesis is focused on detailed description of the natural conditions of the area and the utilization of the information obtained for the creation of a simple atlas of plants as a teaching aid in teaching natural science at elementary school in Znojmo. This work is divided into three basic parts. The theoretical part deals with characterization of natural conditions including topographical, geomorphological, geological, pedological, hydrological and climatic conditions of the studied area, further off fauna, description of nature and landscape. The botanical conditions include the history of botanical research in Znojmo region and characteristics of plant formations of individual localities with the introduction of common species. The practical part includes field research, which shows a table with the list of observed plants, with mentioned localities, frequency and place of occurrence. A map showing 6 sections of the route where the plants can be observed is a part of the results. The didactic part consists of teaching natural science at elementary school, the atlas of plants created by using own photographs taken during the survey, and its use in teaching. The atlas contains a brief description of each representative and is listed phenologically according to the period and the biotope.
